With a guest list of 100s of friends and influencers Annie Idibia left the guest cheering with a standing ovation, we can only describe the night and film, as one to remember.
Annie Idibia took to the front of the audience once the film was over and was very eager to answer any questions guests had. A guest asked Annie Idibia how she found acting as herself in which she replied that it was sometimes “difficult” because she had to relive that same moment which was one of the hardest experienced of her life. Another guest asked if there was any regret felt from her Husband 2Baba AKA 2Face; in regards to canceling the planned protest that was to take place. Annie Idibia answered, “No regrets were felt and also how she didn’t think that the film would receive as much reception as it has.”
Annie Idibia also expressed to the room that Pastor Tobi’s plans for Nigeria and Africa as a whole are exactly what the continent needs in order for change to really happen. She ended the night stating, “We will heal Nigeria.”
Tobi Adegboyega also took to the stage to thank all of his guests for attending the screening and spending the evening with him.
