From the Runways, Street Style, Experience tent, Off-site showcases– Lagos Fashion Week 2021 has come to an end but we won’t be forgetting these day 4 moments.

Day 4: Health meets Fashion! Lagos Fashion Week in partnership with Medbury Medical hosted a panel discussion centered on mental health. This began the events of the day.  As usual, the show-goers kept it fashionable with vibrant looks.  Check out our curation of some street style looks.   #ShotonOPPO     The Fashion Business Series 2021 Keynote Address was delivered by Olusegun Awolowo ED/CEO Nigerian Export Council & President ECOWAS TPO Network on NEPC Export Trailblazers. In his speech, he announced a N500,000,000 grant set aside to support thirty brands in the fashion industry who have been consistent with solidifying their retail footprint in key cities and digital destinations across the world. The aim of the grant is to increase opportunities for access to the global market for these brands. The keynote ended on a congratulatory note for Style House Files, Lagos Fashion Week with the announcement of Omoyemi Akerele as a Zero Oil Ambassador for Nigeria. As part of our on-going commitment to facilitate conversations and exchange of ideas surrounding sustainability in fashion in Nigeria and Africa, Lagos Fashion Week teamed up with Fru Girls and PopSwap-a new digital community for the Global Fashion Exchange to host an inaugural digitally enabled Swap Shop experience. Cool Pieces from SB Youme, Emmy Kasbit, DSA Lagos, Sharon Ojo, Denola Grey, etc were swapped.
