Citrans rebrands to more values to customer service delivery

Citrans Global Limited, operators of Lagos popular Red Cab has re-branded by rolling out new range of cars that are aimed at creating values to customers and enhancing service delivery.
The new image of the brand is a combination of red and black colours, which complements the company’s newly unveiled logo that depicts elegance and strength.

Stella Okolo, managing director of the company, who made this known to newsmen in Lagos recently, said that the rebranding is to create a new positive image in the minds of customers. “The rebranding is to reposition Red Cab to excel despite challenges being faced within the industry.”

According to her, many operators illegally disguise as Red Cab drivers due to the vacuum created by the mono-colour nature of the brand. This is accentuated by the fact that there is absence of strict enforcement of regulations for taxi services in Lagos State, the result of which is the infiltration of the industry by so many unregistered operators to the determent of the modern taxi business.
