The Victoria Secret stunner is seeking at least $10 million from a laser company, which she claims used her photo without permission, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Cutera, which offers body aesthetic treatments from hair removal to fat reduction, allegedly used the reality starlet’s face to promote their acne laser treatment.
