After Wrong Testicle Was Removed In Surgery, Man Drags Hospital to Court

 As per recent news, a man has dragged hospital to courtroom after his wrong testicle was removed by doctors mistakenly.

The 48-year-old British man underwent surgery for the removal of his testicle at the Salisbury District Hospital. But it was found that all has gone wrong after 40 minutes of the surgery. Surgeons realized that they have removed the wrong testicle.

Subsequently, they called the plastic surgeon to reattach the testicle but they were not successful. The man has now filed a lawsuit against them. The man is worried that he has lost his fertility after the incident and will not be able to have his desired family.

Attorney of the victim has taken the case into his hands. The hospital is accepting the mistake and apologizing to the man for the same. "We have received notification from solicitors of pending legal action. This is a regrettable incident, and the trust once again offers its sincere apologies to the patient", asserted the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.

The trust also said that the man was informed of the situation truthfully after the conclusion of the surgery. Another surgery was carried out to correct the blunder but it failed. The man was asked about the incident by the UK's Metro but he said that he has nothing to say.
