Liverpool: Suárez will not be sold over biting

Liverpool have said that they will not sell Luis Suárez despite confirming that they have fined the controversial forward and put him on a behavioural programme after he bit Branislav Ivanovic yesterday. 

In a swift response to the 26-year-old’s latest aberration, Liverpool’s hierarchy outlined the measures they have taken against the Uruguayan. Inevitably, there was punishment with Suárez accepting the fine and donating the undisclosed sum to the Hillsborough Family Support Group.
