Bubbles Magazine, a publication from Nigeria that X-rays the lives of
celebrities, has released their latest edition, which profiled the likes
of Oritsefemi, Daddy Showkey and 2Chainz. The last issue featured OC
Ukeje and others.
The magazine took a cursory look into the life of Ajegunle-born Oritsefemi, who first tasted limelight with his ‘Mercies of the Lord’ debut in 2006. The artiste gave a voice to the emerging dancehall genre that was spreading like wild fire. His grimy root was something he never hid and was evident in his delivery and his ‘message’.
But later on, he vanished from the airwave, only to make a comeback with ‘Double Wahala’, which has become a street tune. He exclusively spoke with Bubbles Magazine about his hustle, his music and his plans for the future now that he is a megastar.
The latest edition also features Daddy Showkey, 2Chainz and several other artistes. Bubbles Magazine also lent its voice to the #BringBackOurGirls campaign that has united the world in grief and anger.
