Last week must have been a blessed one for veteran actor, Kenneth
Okonkwo as he got a double blessing. First, he was made an ambassador of
the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
As if that was
not enough, he was given a scholarship to do his Doctorate degree in
Public Administration in the school, just as his colleague, Ini Edo was
granted a scholarship by NOUN to study law in the same institution. 
From the look of things, NOUN may soon have several other stars coming to pursue a course or the other.
