The 27-year-old midfielder, who has been described by his manager Rudi Garcia as a 'force of nature', is wanted by all three Premier League clubs.
He is currently co-owned by Italian duo Roma
and Cagliari but the former want to tie up a full deal for him this summer.
However, clubs from outside of Italy are now circling
following a stellar season in Serie A, during which he scored five goals in 35
appearances.
And now Nainggolan's agent Lodovico Spinosi has told Spanish
newspaper AS that a move to Madrid would interest his client.
He said: "I think Nainggolan will stay at Roma for now
but when it comes to Real Madrid things can change.
"[Roma president James] Pallotta knows that Nainggolan
is very important and that he will have many offers for the player."
