The 31-year-old, who made only 13 Premier League
appearances last season and slipped behind the prolific Harry Kane in Spurs'
line-up, has revealed he is determined to get back to his best form.
The Togo striker tweeted on Friday: "Feeling really
fresh after my goal [in the CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against
Liberia]. Can't wait to come back to Tottenham and show everyone the passion I
have for the club."
Former Arsenal man Adebayor, who joined Spurs on a permanent
basis in August 2012 from Manchester City, added: "Looking forward to
pre season! #COYS."
Adebayor has one year remaining on his White Hart Lane
