Another Kardashian breakup, another frantic race to get the guy into rehab before he hurts himself.

We're told that members of the famous family have told Scott Disick they’re cutting all contact with him — including Kourtney, his girlfriend and mother of his three kids — until he gets treatment for his reported drug and alcohol problem.

Sources say that Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner is the only one communicating with Disick, as she’s trying to get him treatment and checked in to the right facility.

The situation is eerily reminiscent of Kourtney's sister Khloe's split from Lamar Odom, when Jenner tried to help the NBA star with his alleged crack cocaine addiction.

On Thursday, Confidenti@l reported that Disick’s apparent substance abuse is “worse than ever.” Sources told us that even old friends of Disick, who have partied with him for years, are concerned. The troubled reality star has even been showing up “wasted” for business meetings, sources told us.

Sources also told us that Kourtney, who called an end to the relationship this week when pictures surfaced of Disick cozying up to ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo, is refusing to let him see their kids, Mason, Penelope and 8-month-old Reign.

After Disick missed Penelope's third-birthday celebration at Disneyland on Wednesday, he posted a collage of pictures of the toddler on Instagram with the caption, “1 of the only things I'm proud off (sic) about myself. Happybdayp.”

He hasn't exactly enjoyed roaring success with rehab thus far. Lord Disick, as he likes to call himself, checked into a Florida facility this week — only to check out a few hours later.

Meanwhile, Confidenti@l reported in March that Disick was paid a six-figure sum to attend the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rico as part of a bizarre endorsement deal.

He was scheduled to host a party Friday night at the 1 Oak nightclub at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, but organizers announced Thursday that "Scott Disick has made the decision to postpone his appearance."

Also on Thursday, photos surfaced of Disick's assistant carrying bags of his clothes out of the Calabasas, Calif., home he shared with Kourtney. According to TMZ, she was moving them to his $3.5 million home in Beverly Hills, which Disick purchased in December.
