A start on count down to
the Africa’s biggest Street party, called Calabar Carnival #Calabar Carnival. The
carnival which has been receiving massive support and tourist attractions from
across the world is set the unveil it’s 11 Edition, come
this year.
The CALABAR
CARNIVAL which is described as the Largest Africa’s Street party developed
several years back is trending and extending it’s wings even to overtake
world’s party like the Canaval in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil is
set to unveils the Largest Edition this year which will set a
record in time, according to the states Carnival Commission
Board. The 10th edition featured a lot of celebrities,
tourists, tournament, but this year’s edition (11th Edition) will
supersede the rest.
The carnival features bands like the Masta
Blasta band which is the largest band and the winners of last 2 year’s
edition, Passion 4 band, Freedom band, Seagull band, and Bayside band.
It also features the children sections, host celebrities
across the world in music, fashion, film industry etc.
The festival which attracts big ventures like Dangote group of companies, Niger Mills, Nigeria Brewery, First bank, Pepsi and Coca-Cola, TV companies like DSTV, DaarSat, Ebony TV, Startimes, Gotv, Hiptv, Sound city TV, MTV, MTV Base, etc is making the biggest preparations to supersede last year’s records, according to the Commission. Well, to say it’s the biggest Holiday in Africa.
The Festival runs through November
starting with #Dry run to December 27, which is the overall big party
day. The Junior Carnival also holds 25th December each
year.
