Davido got the $1million Sony Entertainment Deal

Abuja – African music star, David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido (omo baba olowo), has signed a record deal with Sony Music Entertainment at its headquarters in New York City.

 

The deal makes the `Skelewu’ crooner the first African to enter into such deal with the international label.

According to a statement from Davido obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja, the deal will help him to create, distribute and market his music at world class level.

He said the deal was executed by Nigerian-born American Music Executive, Efe Ogbeni (Grace, Red One), who is also a
partner with Nicki Minaj on Parker Ighile‘s project.

Michael Jackson’s son’ to feature Sekem master, Mc Galaxy

 

Mc Galaxy is taking the African music global this year. He is working with Brandon Howard, the rumoured son of Late Michael Jackson in New York on a song which he is being featured on.

St. Mary Movie, World Premiere. Odeon Cinema, London [Pictures]

THERE was a large turn out of moviegoers at Friday’s premiere of the 110-minute movie on human trafficking, St. Mary. The premiere, which held at the Odeon Cinema, Greenwich, London, had some members of the cast and crew of the movie in attendance. Members of cast who made it to the event include, Zack Orji, Benita Nzeribe, Frank Dallas and Keppy Ekpeyong. The crew was led by the Executive Producer, Mr. Darlington Agha. Produced by Obi Osotule and directed by Matthias Obahiagbon.

Synopsis
