Macaulay Culkin channels traumatized, Grown-up version of ‘Home Alone’ character Kevin McCallister (WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGE)

It turns out Kevin McCallister is still suffering from the trauma of being left "Home Alone" all those years ago.
Actor Macaulay Culkin resumes his old role of McCallister, 25 years later, in the new Web series "DRYVRS" — but he's certainly not still the same witty, inventive child character we all fell in love with.

In the short video, the long-haired, adult version of McCallister picks up a passenger for an Uber-like car service, quickly pulling out a cigarette while complaining about his wife.

When his mother calls, the clearly damaged McCallister unloads a deep-seated rant about when his family carelessly left him behind as they ditched town for a family vacation.
"It's f---ing Christmas and your whole family goes on vacation, and they forget their 8-year-old f---ing son," he angrily tells the passenger, who is now driving because McCallister doesn't know how to.

"All by yourself, for a week," he continues. "I had to fend off my house from two psychopath home invaders. I was just a kid, I still have nightmares about this bald weirdo dude chasing me around."

Things take a bone-chilling turn for the worse, however, when a car thief threatens them at gun point and attempts to take their vehicle.
This inspires McCallister to revisit some of the old tricks he used to fend off the home burglars as a youth — eventually using a host of makeshift weapons to disarm the car robber and wrap him up in his basement. He then goes on to heartlessly list all of the ways he's going to torture the captured thief.

The soul-shaking video ends with an ode to the original film's most iconic scene, as the twisted McCallister puts his hands to his head and unravels a blood-curdling scream.

The clip was a far cry from the classic, family-friendly 1990 movie, which has become a Christmas-time fan favorite thanks to Culkin's adorable portrayal of McCallister and his masterful ability to overcome the comical efforts of the bumbling home robbers. Culkin, now 35, went on to star in the sequel, "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York."
