Hapless humans with a few hours to spare can now vie for a spot on Khloe Kardashian’s new full-body makeover show.
The E! network’s “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian” issued two grueling casting applications Thursday for those who want to star in the upcoming six-part series.
The exhaustive gender-specific questionnaires grill men and women with
both open-ended questions and Likert scales regarding “where you began,”
“lifestyle,” “self image,” “the inner you” and “love life.”
Applicants are asked to dig deep into childhood challenges and regrets,
reflect on insecurities and severed ties, and liken their body type to
an object (apple, pear, banana, rectangle, pencil or hourglass), among
other soul-searching queries.
Producers want people who are reeling from “an event that has thrown
their lives ‘off course,’ ” says the casting notice. The show will
provide the chosen ones with trainers, style gurus and “celebrity glam
squads.”
“Looking great is always the best revenge,” said the 31-year-old
reality star in a statement last month. “It's so exciting to be able to
mentor these people through their full-body makeovers and I can't wait
to see the incredible results at their final reveals!”
The reality show, which will help two struggling revenge body-seekers per episode, doesn’t have a premiere date yet.
Kardashian’s latest venture comes in addition to her “Keeping Up with
the Kardashians” duties, as well as her soon-to-air “Kocktails with
Khloe” talk show on the FYI network.
