His target this time: Rolling Stone magazine.
Yeezus posted a fake Rolling Stone cover to Twitter on Wednesday, claiming it was shot by his friend, rapper Tyler the Creator.
The cover spread features a photo of a cheeky denim jacket wearing West
with the caption "Does he like Mustard?" with a release date of Feb.
25.
Upon seeing the mag spread, Rolling Stone
tweeted it wasn't a real cover but did, at least for Kanye's sake,
comment that they had "many mustard-related questions for him."
In true fashion, Mr. Kim Kardashian's trolling didn't end there.
He predicted the photo would become a Rolling Stone cover and created a poll over on whether the public agreed.
Less than two hours later, it had close to 20,000 votes on Twitter.
Yeezy also called out Billboard.com for dubbing his faux spread
"unauthorized." Adding: "Never refer to anything that me and Tyler do as
fake out of respect to musicians."
Long before he declared his love of condiments, married Kim Kardashian
in 2014 and announced he was running for President at September's MTV
Awards, the 38-year-old appeared on the 2006 Rolling Stone cover wearing a crown of thorns, likening himself to Jesus Christ, causing an uproar in the Christian community.
The controversial spread ran shorly after he won a Grammy for his 2005 album "Jesus Walks."
At the time, it seemed his ego was just getting started.
“In America, they want you to accomplish these great feats, to pull off
these David Copperfield-type stunts,” he told the magazine. “You want
me to be great, but you don’t ever want me to say I’m great?”
Yeezus has been a busy bee on social media promoting his new album
"Waves" and starting beef with his fellow rappers and ex-girlfriends.
