Islam Founder, Louis Farrakhan praises Donald Trump: 'I like what I'm looking at'

Donald Trump is receiving praise from another controversial source.

Nation of Islam founder Louis Farrakhan fawned over the presidential candidate in a Sunday speech, stating that Trump does not accept money from the "Jewish community," the Anti-Defamation League reports.

"[Trump] is the only member who has stood in front of the Jewish community and said, 'I don't want your money," Farrakhan said during a Saviors' Day sermon at the Nation of Islam's Mosque Maryam in Chicago. "Any time a man can say to those who control the politics of America, 'I don't want your money,' that means you can't control me. And they cannot afford to give up control of the presidents of the United States."

National of Islam founder Louis Farrakhan praised Donald Trump in a Sunday speech.
Farrakahn — who was not immediately available for comment Tuesday — stopped short of endorsing Trump, saying, "Not that I'm for Mr. Trump, but I like what I'm looking at," according to the report.

The Nation of Islam leader Sunday also expressed his beliefs that Jews are responsible for the Sept. 11 terror attacks and the Iraq War.
His pro-Trump statements come less than two months after Farrakhan stated that the real estate mogul will "take America into the abyss of hell" if elected president — and said that Trump is "exacerbating the race situation in America."

He also compared the Republican presidential field to a “whore” at an October rally.
Trump received support last week from David Duke, the former grand wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, who told his followers that failing to vote for Trump would be "treason to your heritage."
