Rihanna is working the fashion world in killer heels — and anyone who dares to can rock the fancy footwear.
The “We Found Love” singer sizzled in a racy shoot for British Vogue’s April issue and opened up on her upcoming shoe collaboration with upscale designer Manolo Blahnik.
The 28-year-old posed topless for the magazine as she modeled a pair of
her favorite waist-high denim boots, which revealed some skin in the
thigh and derriere area.
Still, the superstar admitted the stylish and exclusive boots — only 45 were made — aren’t for everyone, and wouldn’t recommend sporting them on a date.
"Depends on what kind of date you are trying to have. Guuurrrl! Those boots are dangerous!” she said.
“If you’re trying to get back home to your bed, don't wear them boots!
You will get kidnapped in those boots. Those boots are trouble,” she
continued.
The budding designer, who is frequently praised for her clothing,
couldn't contain her excitement about seeing ladies in her fancy shoes.
“The day I see a woman in the street wearing my shoes ... I am sorry
for that woman because I'm going to literally run after her, shouting,
'Stop! Selfie!'” she said.
“'Who are you? Where did you get them?' I'm going to have a moment!" she continued.
The Barbadian singer’s extravagant foray into fashion was partly inspired by her mother’s style.
“I was obsessed with everything she did then, everything she wore, her
scent, her shoes and her scarves ... That was the glamour I wanted to be
part of,” she explained.
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for the pop star.
She dropped her “Anti” album in January, which topped the Billboard charts and will kick off her world tour this month.
Her collection hits store on May 5.
