Beyoncé made a rare post to voice her support for LGBTQ youth.

The pop star — who hasn't posted on social media since announcing she
was pregnant with twins on Feb. 2 — urged her followers to share their
support for the community following the Trump administration's decision
to roll back protections for transgender youth.
"#LGBTQ students need to know we support them. Share your support to
#protecttransyouth at glsen.org/100days & put #KindnessInAction
GLSEN," she shared on Facebook.
The Queen Bey included a link to the donation page for the Gay, Lesbian
and Straight Education Network, which focuses on LGBTQ issues in K-12
education.
Director of GLSEN, Dr. Eliza Byard, told The Huffington Post that they were thrilled to have the songstress on their side.
"There is a great deal of confusion and fear out there right now, and
Beyoncé has the unique power to cut through the noise to deliver a
crucial message of love and support to all transgender youth," Byard explained.

The "If I Were A Boy" singer's remarks came just a day after President
Trump revoked the guidelines set in place by the Obama administration
which allowed transgender students to use the bathroom of the sex they
identify as, rather than their birth sex.
Inauguration singer Jackie Evancho and her transgender sister Juliet
appeared on "Good Moring America" on Thursday to also address the POTUS'
decision.
Lady Gaga, Laverne Cox, Jennifer Lawrence, Alicia Keys, Whoopi Goldberg
and Amy Schumer all called on legislators in Texas this week to shoot
down bills that would prohibit public school students from having the
opportunity to choose.
"Star Trek" actor George Takei powerfully addressed the issue in just a few words.
"It's not about bathrooms… as it was never about water fountains," he wrote, adding, "Learn from our past. Please."
