Parts of the practice in Islam allows the women to wear hijab when
they step in front of adult males out side their relations and this has
been a norm for several generations, in some parts of the world it is
worn as an addition of style for regular outings.
But, it is not common on the runway in the fashion world, most models
either show their heads wearing designer hats to add beauty to their
outfit, one model who found a different way to preach, stick and
redefine her religious practice in the modeling world is Halima Aden,
she shot into stardom when she appeared at fall 2017 Yeezy presentation
wearing hijab.
Making sure she maintained her standard after the show, has seen her
been approached by brands to work for them and appeared on different
magazines and fashion shows, her latest is covering the July edition of
Allure Magazine.
