Most #families and households face enormous #challenges. With the increase in the cost of living, #transport costs, #schoolfees, businesses in difficulty, #unemployment, insecurity.
As if that weren't enough our unity, one of our greatest strengths, is being tested. Sometimes it is difficult to fathom how and when things will turn around.
This is one of my favourite #Bible passages as it has such a far-reaching promise and one that we must claim and hold on to always. It is so difficult not to worry about your #children, your #spouse, your #business, your #job, your #security, your #country; but worry has never solved any anything.
Inspite of the difficulties, we must remember to count our #blessings... it could be so much worse. We must bring all our worries and anxieties to God in prayer, and leave them with Him.
But prayer is not enough. We must also take concrete #action in our own individual spaces to right some of the numerous wrongs. We can make a change through hard work, #honesty, #integrity, #generosity, #kindness and #tolerance.
Have a lovely day.....and don't worry!
