Stress
and anxiety show up in the body physically in a number of ways such as
muscle tension or pain, headache, pounding heart, nausea etc. With
some of your exercises, you can make huge impact physiologically, which
directly impacts on your personal productivity and performance.
You
need to become more aware of the range of mixed emotions you experience
on a daily basis and learn how to be more in control of these emotions,
because without emotional mastery, such emotions get in your way and
make it difficult for you to think clearly or logically. Such emotions
range from irritation, frustration, sadness, disappointment,
embarrassment, shame or guilt to fear, anger, resentment, rage,
depression and despondency.
These
negative emotions can be directed at or caused by, ourselves, or a
particular person or circumstances within our environment or outside of
our control and they eventually have huge impact on your safety, health,
wellness, well-being and personal performance.
You NEED to Improve your Self Image, Belief, Confidence and Esteem
Low
self-esteem and a poor self-image affect a lot of people. When this
happens, you tend to stay stuck and you resist putting yourself forward
or stepping into new areas which invariably stresses you out.
