J&J Named to Glassdoor’s 2018 List of Best Places to Work

With 2017 drawing to a close, Glassdoor has released its 2018 Employees’ Choice Awards for the Best Places to Work, with Johnson & Johnson placing #38 on the list.


Glassdoor tallies the rankings for its annual list based entirely on employee reviews, factoring in such things as company culture and values, career opportunities and work/life balance.
In anonymous Glassdoor
reviews submitted throughout the year, Johnson & Johnson employees praised the company’s wide range of benefits, work/life balance ethos and Credo-based culture—86% of Glassdoor reviewers said they'd recommend the company to a friend.


When it comes to caring for employees, Johnson & Johnson continues to be an industry leader by offering such benefits as global parental leave, military leave and adoption and surrogacy assistance.



Johnson & Johnson employees also showed appreciation for Chairman and CEO Alex Gorsky Alex Gorsky,Chairman and CEO, Johnson & Johnson: 95% of reviewers approved of Gorsky’s leadership, which helped him secure a spot on Glassdoor’s 2017 Highest Rated CEOs list.
