The short answer is, no, you can't.
Breasts do change in size in certain circumstances—but they're largely out of your control.
You
may notice, for instance,
that bras feel a little tighter during
certain parts of your menstrual cycle. That's because hormones can
increase water retention temporarily. Similarly, your breasts may grow a
little larger if you start taking hormonal birth control, such as the
pill, a shot, or a hormonal IUD.
Another
thing that could make your breasts grow is pregnancy. When a woman is
pregnant, her breasts could go up several cup sizes thanks to an
increase in the hormone progesterone. Then, after she gives birth, her
breasts may swell up as milk comes in. But breasts shrink back to normal
after a baby is weaned off breast milk, usually within three to six
months.
Your
weight can also affect breast size, but putting on pounds isn't a
guaranteed way to make them grow. Every woman's breasts have a unique
composition of fat and supportive tissue. If your breasts have less fat
and more supportive tissue, then gaining weight won't affect their size
much.
As for
the adverts for things like herbal products and instruments for making
breasts bigger, they don't work, and they may not be safe, either. So
stay away.
