Others have helped you to where you are; be deliberate about doing the same for others.
Amplify other women.
Who is in your squad?
Who is that group of girlfriends that you can go to if you had an emergency, need honest advice, or just need some help with something?
Build up that squad; people you can bounce ideas off, and that pick you up when you are flagging and need a boost. Your squad is so important for your mental health particularly during these challenging times.
As you nurture those relationships, be sure that you are also that person that you would like to have in your corner.
