As many as eight senior administrators at
a Kenyan university may be asked to resign after they approved a
terror-attack drill that sparked panic and resulted in an employee’s
death, the vice chancellor said.
About 30 people were admitted to various hospitals with injuries after Monday’s security drill
at Strathmore University, the country’s leading business school, in the
capital, Nairobi. A 33-year-old woman died after jumping from a
third-floor window.
