A model who filed a police report in January claiming she was drugged
and sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby at the Playboy mansion in 2008
filed a civil lawsuit Tuesday against the fallen comic.
Chloe Goins,
24, claims in the lawsuit that Cosby spiked her drink and she “blacked
out” during a party at the famed den of debauchery when she was only a
teen. She "immediately began feeling sick to her stomach and dizzy"
after drinking a beverage that Cosby handed to her, according to the
suit.
