Nollywood actress, Omotola Ekeinde, was recently picked as one of the
celebrities to grace the Global Campaign
for Women Empowerment.
Because of it, the sexy mother of four travelled to Johannesburg, South
Africa, where she had a photo session for the ONE campaign's ‘poverty is
sexist’.
ONE in Africa Executive Director, Dr Sipho S. Moyo, speaking on why the
actress was picked as the choice for the campaign, stated that it was because
the actress is a respectable woman both within and outside the continent.
Dr Sipho explained that there was no hassle in picking Omotola for the
job.
The campaign will see Omotola be on the frontline for women empowerment
globally. The African Union has declared 2015 as the Year of Women Empowerment
(YWE).
