15 Women Get Real About Wedding Night Sex

I’ve always been convinced that if I get married, I will definitely NOT be doing the deed that night. If it all goes down the way I envision it, I’ll be partying and dancing so hard that I pass out—cake in-hand, still in my dress—with my partner asleep (hopefully) somewhere near me.

Apparently, this sexless fantasy of mine is not that far-fetched. According to a survey of 3,030 people conducted by The Vow,

What Breasts And Nipples Can Look Like Post-Mastectomy

Imagine you had to choose exactly how erect your nipples would look for the rest of your life.

The sense of loss women feel after losing one or both nipples post-mastectomy is hard to describe, but perhaps this sums it up best: "Without a nipple, a breast isn't a breast—it's just a mound," says Joshua Levine, M.D., FACS, a natural breast reconstruction surgeon in New York City.

That’s why nipple reconstruction can

If Your Partner Has This Personality Trait, Your Sex Life Might Be in Trouble-RESEARCH

If you haven’t been having the best time in the bedroom lately, it may be due to a factor outside of your control. (Phew, right?)
A surprising new study from the University of Kent found that women who think that their sexual partners are imposing perfectionist standards on them are more likely to end up suffering from sexual dysfunction.

 sexual perfectionist
For the study, researchers had more than 366 women under the age of 30 take surveys that they were told investigated whether their expectations and beliefs about sex or others' beliefs and expectations could impact sexuality and sexual function. Got all that?

Financial inclusion of Women key to Economically Sustainable Africa

Picture: THINKSTOCKThe disparity in the gender divide across digital platforms is not only an equality and social issue, but also a critical challenge to growing economic sustainability, financial inclusion, and a truly connected Africa. Despite significant mobile penetration progress over the last few years in sub-Saharan Africa, the region is home to more than 300-million unconnected women.

The latest GSMA research shows that the mobile sector makes a substantial contribution to gross domestic product (GDP), with approximately $100bn raised in 2014, and it is set to rise to $166bn by 2020. They report that by closing the gender gap in mobile phone access and ownership we could add an additional $170bn to the entire industry by 2020.

Not only will this increase GDP but if we can work towards increasing the number of women that have access to mobile services this will have a trickle-down effect on numerous industries that are critical for growth including agriculture, health, financial services and across the board innovation.

Women’s Jobs at risk in Fourth Industrial Revolution

The Fourth Industrial Revolution will have a disproportionately negative impact on the economic prospects of women, although the emphasis on talent brought about by sweeping changes caused by disruptions to the labour force will result in more women progressing into senior positions, a new study by the World Economic Forum has found.
According to The Industry Gender Gap Report, published yesterday in Davos, the burden of job losses that will result from automation and disinter-mediation as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution will impact on women and men relatively equally, with 52 per cent of the 5.1 million net job losses expected globally between now and 2020 affecting men, compared with 48 per cent affecting women. However, the fact that those women make up a smaller share of the workforce means  that today’s economic gender gap may widen even further than the current 40 per cent.

This blow to gender equality can be explained by the fact that some of the roles most at risk from automation and disintermediation are those that are performed by a larger proportion of women; for example, in the Office and Administrative” job family. However, it is also partly a result of the fact that women are relatively under-represented when it comes to jobs that are expected to have the most growth in the next five years; for example, the Computer and Mathematical and Architecture and Engineering job families.

Women who got pregnant while on the Pill sue Endo Pharmaceuticals and other companies over mislabeled birth control

But we were on the Pill!
More than 100 women who got pregnant after taking poorly labeled birth control pills want the drug manufacturer to compensate them for lost income, medical costs and, in some cases, the cost of raising their children entirely.

Birth control pills are labeled so that women take them in a correct order for the first 21 days of their cycle. The last seven pills are placebos.
All but four of the 117 women who filed a suit last week in Philadelphia became pregnant after taking birth control pills that were part of a recall in 2011 stemming from some packages being mislabeled to have the women take the pills out of sequence.

Hello, straight men. I like you. You’re fun to hang out with and play pool with and talk to. Hell, I’ve even had sex with some of you and enjoyed it quite a bit. Also? We share a common interest in having sex with ladies.
As someone who has been on both sides of the lady sexing equation, I feel like I am remarkably positioned to do you a solid. A solid that may boomerang agreeably in my favor one day, true, but mostly a solid that will help you and women and the spreading of joy in general.

So without further ado, here’s what I would tell you if I knew you really well and we were hanging out as friends and we were also maybe a drink or two in.

1. There is no Konami code for getting women off.

Reasons Your Wife Is More Likely to Divorce You

Women are significantly more likely to initiate divorce than men are, new research presented at the American Sociological Association meeting found.

In the study, women accounted for the breakups of 69 percent of the marriages that ended in divorce. They also reported much lower levels of marital bliss than men did.

But it’s not that women are unhappier in all relationships: In fact, they were no more likely than guys to pull the plug on dating or cohabiting relationships—and they weren’t any less satisfied in them.

A close contest was heading to extra-time in Edmonton, when the Japanese broke on the counter-attack and a dangerous cross was met by Bassett, whose attempt to clear bounced off the bar and over the line.

Laura Bassett of England is comforted by team mates after the FIFA Women's World Cup Semi Final match between Japan and England at the Commonwealth Stadium
It was a devastating end to England's first ever last four appearance on the global stage, particularly considering they had created better chances than the defending world champions and looked the more likely winners as the match progressed.

It’s time to break up with your boyfriend jeans.
Stylish sisters are now slipping into “girlfriend jeans,” the sexier better half to the broken-in, relaxed-fit pants that have long been marketed as the jeans you’re dying to steal from your beau.

Express is on trend with their Mid Rise Girlfriend Jean, (shown in light wash), which is slimmer, sexier andmore flattering than the dude-inspired boyfriend jean that's been popular the past few seasons.Gwen Stefani has been rocking the more feminine “girlfriend” pant, which sits higher on the hips, is slightly tighter, and has a slim, straight leg.
“I love the girlfriend jean style,” raves celebrity stylist Nola Singer, who dresses Sophia Bush, Katherine Heigl, Ireland Baldwin and Naomie Harris in the look. “It’s a more classic and flattering fit.”
