The teenage attacker, who is tipped as
one of France's brightest prospects, was watched by Spurs' scouting network
throughout last season.
Chelsea and Aston Villa have also shown an interest in the
19-year-old and the French outfit have slapped a stunning £40m price tag
on him.
But according to Spanish newspaper AS,
Mauricio Pochettino's men are ready to test their resolve to keep
the forward by tabling a bid.
Whilst Monaco want to keep their star
man, failure to turn around a two-goal deficit against Valencia in the
second-leg of their Champions League
qualifying match next week could mean the club are forced to sell.
