Napoli would be open to talks with Arsenal about a possible move for Jorginho, according to the
player's agent.
The midfielder has been a long-term target for the Gunners
and recent reports suggested they will step up their pursuit for him this
summer.
The Brazilian's agent, Jorge Santos, has revealed that Arsenal have already
expressed an interest in the 24-year-old and invited them to make contact with Napoli.
"Arsenal know Jorginho, if they came forward with an
official offer we'd talk," he told Radio Crc.
"It was in England that I was first
asked about Jorginho but now everyone knows him and it's obvious that a lot of
teams are following him.
"But at the moment all I can say is that Jorginho has a
five-year contract with Napoli and wants to play for them in the Champions League next year."
