In our society mental health is still shrouded in stigma; we’d rather sweep it under the carpet. Everyone tries
to keep up appearances no matter what is going on inside. Most Nigerians are facing incredibly hard times with a serious impact on their minds.
Are you facing any of these problems?
1. You cant pay your important bills on time.
2. You have had to cut back on basic necessities incl food.
3. You are living on borrowed funds from friends, family, credit card.
4. You receive letters from lenders claiming legal action on your default.
5. You face eviction because you owe overdue rent.
6. Your only car is about to be repossessed;you have fallen behind in payments
7. Your children have been sent home because you haven’t paid school fees.
8. You can’t meet routine obligations.
9. Your kids are in school abroad and you can’t afford it.
10. Your dependant elderly mother is ill and has no medical insurance.
Don't ignore money problems. Address the signs of trouble before they become chronic and put your health in danger.
