An unfinished Arizona mansion has sold for an astonishing $5 million.
The Scottsdale complex boasts a total of nine buildings, connected by a series of tunnels, across 14 acres.
Detailed plans also included a man-made river, the first ever
residential IMAX movie theater, an indoor bowling alley and a
stand-alone spa.
In total, there are 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms on the 25,000 square foot site.
