The hip-hop star went through with her much-maligned concert in the dictator-led nation on Saturday — just days after activists begged her to cancel the show.

Swift surprised concertgoers when she disappeared backstage, only to quickly reemerge in her Olaf costume. Her background dancers, meanwhile, donned reindeer outfits as the singer addressed the crowd.
