Disturbing note posted on Sinead O’Connor’s Facebook account

 Singer Sinéad O’Connor is safe after posting on Sunday a harrowing Facebook message claiming she had checked into a hotel and "taken an overdose," the Irish media reported.

"There is only so much any woman can be expected to bear," the note reads. "What was done to me this week was appalling cruelty."
