Model Stephanie Seymour hopes to enter alcohol treatment for her DUI in Greenwich, Conn., her attorney said Tuesday.

The 47-year-old former fashion magazine cover staple appeared in Stamford court for allegedly backing her Range Rover into another car at a stop sign last month and refusing a sobriety test.

She declined to comment, but her attorney, Phillip Russell, said she expected to enter an "accelerated alcohol education program" generally available to first-time offenders.

The Las Vegas police received a call shortly before 10:30 a.m. Saturday about the incident inside the Palms Casino Resort, said police Lt. Jeff Goodwin.

The blowup reportedly occurred at a private party inside Brown’s suite at the sprawling hotel off the Vegas Strip. Brown, 26, had performed at Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub in Sin City on New Year’s Day.
