US raises Growth Estimate for the last Quarter of 2015
US growth in the last quarter of
2105 was higher than first thought, according to the latest figures from
the Commerce Department.
The US economy grew at an annualised pace of 1% in the quarter, compared with an initial estimate of 0.7%.
Most economists had taken a more pessimistic view, expecting the figure would be revised downwards.

Toyota profit up 5% on stronger US sales
Japan's Toyota has reported a 4.7%
year-on-year rise in net income for the three months to December, to
627.9bn yen ($5.37bn; £3.7bn), due in part to stronger sales in the US.
The
company, the world's biggest carmaker, also raised its North America
sales forecast for the full year to March, because of the higher US
demand.

Kosovo Hacker"s Security arrested by Malaysia for 'hacking US files for IS'
The man, who is in his 20s, was detained on 15 September, Malaysian police said in a statement on Thursday.
Separately, the US identified him as Ardit Ferizi, thought to head a hacker group called Kosova Hacker's Security (KHS).
Mr Ferizi will be extradited to the US.
A
statement from the US Department of Justice said Mr Ferizi, known by
his moniker "Th3Dir3ctorY", hacked into a US company's systems in order
to take the personal details of 1,351 US military and government staff.
He will be charged with computer hacking and identity theft, and faces up to 35 years in jail, the statement added.

Unlawful coordination by Airlines, Investigated over Ticket Prices-US
In a statement, the department confirmed an Associated Press report
it was looking into "possible unlawful coordination by some airlines".
AP
reported that it had seen a document revealing that the Justice
Department had requested information from airlines as part of a
competition probe.
