Great Lakes teen says she plans to marry father in New Jersey

 after recently reuniting, losing her virginity to him

A Great Lakes teen's love for her father is allegedly taking her down the aisle — with him as her groom.

In an explosive tell-all interview with New York Magazine, an 18-year-old dishes on how a rekindled relation with her once estranged biological dad led to a near two-year love affair, and plans to wed and have children in New Jersey.

"There's a reason I lost my virginity to him — because I'd never felt comfortable with any other man," the unidentified teen told the magazine.

It was after 12 years of separation that the teen says a Facebook friend request led to the pair reuniting at the age of 17.

Her parents had only dated for a few months when she was conceived during their high school's prom night. After she was born, her father was scarcely in her life before being cut out all together at the age of 5.

When they finally rekindled, it was like they had never spent a day apart, she said.

"The idea of 'getting to know him' seemed strange because we are so much alike," she said.

Even stranger, she admitted, was the fact that she found her father, "attractive."

He was living with his girlfriend in a town about 30 miles away when she went to spend a week with him.

At first she slept on the floor, and he slept on the couch. But after a few nights, he got on the floor with her, she said.

"When he woke up, we were spooning. I didn't know this at the time but later, after we admitted our feelings, he told me he had had 'morning wood' and had gone to fix it," she said.

Play wrestling between them led to biting and eventually both admitting their unusual feelings for one another.

"We discussed whether it was wrong and then we kissed. And then we made out, and then we made love for the first time. That was when I lost my virginity," she said.

"It was insanely sensual. It lasted for about an hour and there was a lot of foreplay. We both had orgasms. We are so similar, so it's so easy to sexually please each other. For example, we both love neck-biting. I've never been in a more passionate, loving, fulfilling situation," she recalled.

And it perhaps surprisingly didn't end there. Their relationship only grew stronger, she said. She even took her father to her high school’s prom — the very event she was conceived at.

Her father moved out of his girlfriend's home shortly after and into a home with an ex-girlfriend of eight years. His daughter came with him.

That older woman didn't know about their relationship until she overheard them having sex one night in a bedroom.

Instead of freaking out, the woman "really didn't mind," the teen said.

One person yet to learn about their relations, however, is her mother, she said.

"She acts like there's something up but she doesn't know what the hell it is," she described.

And they plan to keep it that way, at least until they're able to move to New Jersey where adult incest is legal, just not the father-daughter marriage.

"I don’t believe you need a piece of paper to prove that you want to be with the person you love," she argued of her plans to go forward regardless of the legal filing.

Once there, she said she'll tell everyone — at least those who don't already know. That excludes her grandparents on her father's side who in her words: "can't wait for us to have babies.

That's one goal she said they plan to get to work on, never minding fears of genetic problems their kids could inherit.

"That happens when there's years of inbreeding, like with the royal family," she said. "I wouldn't risk having a kid if I thought it would be harmful. I've done my research."

Though the couple's relationship may sound out of this world to some people, it's apparently not as unusual as most may expect.

Barbara Gonyo, the founder of a Chicago-based support group for adopted children, has dubbed the attraction "Genetic Sexual Attraction" or GSA. It's inspired from the intense romantic and sexual feelings she observed during reunions between new-found relatives.

Some agencies have estimated that elements of GSA are seen in 50% of reunions, the Guardian reported. Consensual incest between fathers and daughters is one of most rare kind, however.

Whether it's short lived or not is apparently yet to be seen with the Great Lakes teen, who describes herself as "still head over heels" in love with her father.

"Everybody says we are the cutest couple they've ever seen," she said.

She also claims that people who meet them for the first time suspect nothing of their genetic ties and believe that he's in his 20s — not 30s.
