The 21-year-old is
one of the hottest prospects in world football and shone at the European Under-21
Championship in the summer.
Both Chelsea and
Manchester City are said to have scouted the Portuguese playmaker, who scored
seven times for Monaco last season.
But now, according to
sources in France, Juventus have joined the hunt for Silva.
The Italian
champions reportedly scouted the former Benfica man during Monaco's match over Lyon at the weekend,
which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Juventus are now
weighing up whether to make a January move for Silva as they attempt to pip
Chelsea and City to his signature.
