Caitlyn Jenner confronts protesterswho claimed she's ‘an insult to trans people’ .

Caitlyn Jenner confronted a cast of protesters in Chicago on Thursday who claimed she was a bad representation of the transgender community.

Caitlyn Jenner had just given a speech at a Chicago luncheon before the confrontation took place.

In a video posted on Facebook, Jenner is seen jawing back and forth with one of the protesters before being ushered away security.

"You are an insult to trans people," the protester yells in a loudspeaker as Jenner walks away. "You are an insult to women."
The confrontation happened soon after Jenner finished giving an address as the keynote speaker at the "Miss Representation” luncheon on behalf of the Chicago House, which helps people with HIV/AIDS, as well as other LGBT issues.

Caitlyn Jenner confronted protesters outside of a luncheon in Chicago on Thursday.
Jenner is mostly composed in the video and appears to try to calm the protester, but she is whisked away when things begin to escalate. It's unclear what Jenner said to the group of protesters.
At least one of the women in the protest held up a sign that read "We Ain't Cait" - a play on Jenner's E! Network documentary series "I Am Cait."
The protest itself was billed on Facebook as "I Ain't Cait," with the event page calling into question why Chicago House selected Caitlyn Jenner as its keynote speaker.

"Caitlyn Jenner, who lives in a mansion and has a net worth of millions of dollars, while the average trans person has a 41 percent chance of experienceing homelesness (sic) and a nearly 50 percent chance of living off less than $10k per year," the page's description reads.
The event page also bashed Jenner for saying people shouldn't get too dependent on social services, then invited similarly outraged people to join the protest.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that a camera crew accompanied Jenner at the event to film the second season of "I Am Cait," and they said the protesters were on hand when they arrived and were still outside the venue when they left.
"The group was outside when we showed up with Caitlyn," the source told ET. "They weren't as aggressive when we got there like they were when we left.

"We didn't know Caitlyn was going to talk back to the protesters," the insider added. "None of it was staged."
