Generations of women have held the Proverbs 31 woman as their role model.

She forms the perfect picture of a multi-tasker, running her home, office, business, making investment decisions, and engaging in philanthropy.

She is frugal She plans ahead and is organised She invests wisely She is an entrepreneur She is talented and industrious She is generous She keeps fit and strong She is God-fearing Even though she existed thousands of years ago, her approach to life, business and money, is more relevant than ever for the 21st Century woman. Proverbs 31 forms a veritable guide to women of every faith; single, married, divorced or widowed.

As we pass through our diverse and complex lives, juggling family, home, work, career and business, let us see if we can come any closer to this remarkable ideal. With wisdom, determination and focus, today’s woman is capable of making a success of both her home and her work, even as traditional gender roles evolve.
